Discount Codes + Promotions
US Shipping Policy
We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to fulfill orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
- At Rebel Bro we offer free shipping on all US orders $99+. This offer is not eligible on orders including Plat Mats.
- Orders under $99 will be charged a calculated shipping rate based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
- Expedited Priority Shipping is offered through UPS Two Day Air for an additional cost that is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and destination. Please note that expedited orders received after 2:00 pm EST will ship the following business day.
- During peak seasons or product launches, we may experience a higher volume of orders than usual, resulting in longer processing times. In these cases, we will do our best to communicate any potential delays to our customers as soon as possible.
- We do ship to APO & FPO addresses.
- To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete and correct shipping address with full highway names instead of abbreviations.
- A shipping address cannot be altered once the order has entered the fulfillment phase, which is within 24-48 hours after ordering. Reaching out to our team promptly following order placement is recommended if an address alternation must be made.
- Rebel Bro is not liable if your order is shipped to an incorrect location due to incorrect address entry by the customer. In the instance where the package is returned to us via "return to sender"; secondary re-shipment to the correct address will come at a cost to the customer.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. (Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.)

International Shipping Policy
We can ship to any international address that our shipping partners (UPS and USPS) will authorize.
- Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your clothing. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you. Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation.
- International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
- International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- International shipping is calculated based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type.
- All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars.
- If you are purchasing outside of the US, you will be charged the USD equivalent of the total price plus shipping in your local currency, subject to daily exchange rates.
- If you refuse your order upon delivery; a 20% restocking fee, any/all shipping fees, any/all penalty fees we accrue from the carrier and 5% handling fee will be automatically deducted from your store credit we will issue you upon successfully receiving our items back. If our items are not returned to us from the carrier company; no refund or store credit of any kind willl be issued.
Shipping Insurance Policy
- Shipping insurance is offered as an optional add-on during the checkout process. The consumer can choose whether or not to purchase this coverage.
- Shipping insurance is an added layer of protection to your order which ensures replacement if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen.
- Shipping insurance does not cover issues resulting from incorrect address entry or damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
- By not opting for shipping insurance, Rebel Bro is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
- If you purchased shipping insurance for your order and you believe your order has been lost, stolen or damaged ; you can report an issue to hello@rebelbro.com. You must contact us within 30 days to receive a resolution.
Preorder Policy
- Allow up to 8-10 weeks for a preorder item to ship.
- Please know that preorders cannot be cancelled or altered.
- If you order a preorder item with a ready to ship item, please understand they will ship together once the pre order is ready to ship.
- Please check all applicable size charts prior to checking out to ensure you have selected the correct size.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
All refund, return or exchange inquires must be sent via email to our customer care team at hello@rebelbro.com
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to process your return. All items must be in unused/unwashed condition. Customers are responsible for $5 return shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted to return shop credit owed.
- All items become final sale after laundering has occurred.
- International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
- Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return via gift card.
- We do not process returns to original forms of payment.
- Sale items, swimwear, headwear and kids floats are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- We do not resell any products that have been returned to us as we can’t account for where they have been, what they may or may not have been exposed to, etc. We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a product that might have new contaminations, contain allergens (such as food or pet exposure) etc.
- If you wish to exchange an exchange-eligible product; please contact our customer service team. Please note that processing an exchange will require a $7 exchange fee to cover any/all shipping costs.
- If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item and submit to our customer care team via email at hello@rebelbro.com. We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective.

Rebel Bro Product Care Instructions
HEADWEAR
Spot cleaning is reccomended for all headwear products. Do not machine wash at any time.
APPARAEL
- Wash products inside out.
- Wash alone or with like colors.
- Wash products using aclear and gentle detergent (such as free and clear).
- Wash products on cold water setting.
- Wash products on delicate washer setting.
- Never machine dry your Rebel Bro products. Please air dry your Rebel Bro products.
FOOTWEAR
- Remove mud, dirt and other debris from the boot surface to avoid staining.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight AND extreme heat.
